I purchased my new Scion XB from Broadway / Scion a few weeks ago and was very happy with how I was treated, and my new vehicle. I worked with Matthew at first and told him exactly what I was looking for and the questions I had. I was very impressed that Matthew called over his coworker Mike to assist me instead of flubbing the answers or giving me wrong information. Mike was able to answer all of my questions and than some and made the whole process quick fast and easy just like it said on their web site. It was nice to see a group of salesman that work together and act professional. If you want a knowledgeable staff friendly service and a great car buying experience, go to Broadway and ask for Matthew and Mike. The only complaint I have is that the parking was a little difficult because of how busy it was.
