Great Dealership After having terrible experiences at other dealerships, Broadway Toyota was a wonderful experience. The sales staff was wonderful, they had an impressive selection of vehicles, and there was absolutely no pressure. They gave us a very fair deal and we had an all around great experience. We would definitely recommend Broadway Toyota to anyone! 

customer service? No. Wrecked my 2006 Tundra while in for service. Unfortunate but redeemable (if you try) The cost of rental was deducted from my acct on accident. Getting reimbursed was a 10 week process, starting with "can I see a copy of your bank statement, just to verify?" Snotty receptionist "so you don't know who your looking for?" No, I thought that's what receptionists' do. 

Ken Scott and Cameron Went are the guys to go to at Broadway Toyota! If you want a team that will work hard to find you a great car at a price you can live with this team can not be beat. Recently, I went back to BroadwayToyota to trade in my Matrix for something a little newer and I was so happy to see Ken was working. If you are in the market for a new or certified used Toyota I would highly recommend working with Ken and the folks at Broadway Toyota. 

Went on to get my 04 4runner serviced and walked out with a brand new 2012 Tacoma. Excellent service from all levels. Matthew the sales associate and Leslie the sales manager really worked hard and even the financial staff and the service manager came out to inspect my truck to make sure everything we perfect. Very happy with my new truck and will definitely buy from broadway in the future. 

I purchased my new Scion XB from Broadway Toyota / Scion a few weeks ago and was very happy with how I was treated, and my new vehicle. I worked with Matthew at first and told him exactly what I was looking for and the questions I had. I was very impressed that Matthew called over his coworker Mike to assist me instead of flubbing the answers or giving me wrong information. Mike was able to answer all of my questions and than some and made the whole process quick fast and easy just like it said on their web site. It was nice to see a group of salesman that work together and act professional. If you want a knowledgeable staff friendly service and a great car buying experience, go to Broadway and ask for Matthew and Mike. The only complaint I have is that the parking was a little difficult because of how busy it was. 

My wife and I purchased our new Camry from Mike Darrah at Broadway Toyota. The whole process was smooth easy and enjoyable. We originally had no intention to purchase that day but could not walk away from an amazing price and amazing customer service. Tim in finance also did an excellent job. The new car buying experience was something we honestly dreaded, we couldn't be happier with the whole process and will be sure to return for our next purchase.

nice purchase experience with Max Hanley. I just bought a new camry LE with broadway toyota. Max is my sales associate. I'm a Chinese so there're sometime difficult in communication. Max is patient enough to explain everything to my girlfriend and I. At last, I bought my favorite car and both my girlfriend and I feel really comfortable purchasing in broadway toyota with the nice guy Max Hanley.
